Negotiations, Presentations, Sales and Customer Relations: 1 day making the same difference as 1 year.

Our 1-day workshops have been designed with corporate executives, businessmen, sales people and entrepreneurs in mind. Be it prospecting new business or improving the business relationship already existent, taking part in our workshops will help you better understand the economic, cultural and social context of different countries. Moreover, you´ll learn how to make better use of the English language (through jargons, expressions, idioms, and technical terms) in order to maximize the positive results you`ve been pursuing for your business.

NEGOTIATIONS: The economic worldview; different negotiation styles for the main countries relevantly active in the actual economic scenario; the communication behind the language and much more.

PRESENTATIONS: The structure of business and products presentation for the foreign market; different cultures = different persuation methods. These are some of the subjects covered.

SALES and CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Selling in English within cultural contexts different from the one of Brasil´s; international trade fairs: closing deals, and dealing with complaints and difficult customers are part of the topics in this workshop.
